In our precision casting facility supported by the latest technology in European standards and in our R&D document accumulation and high analysis laboratory, we can cast various parts from 1 gr to 100 kg with our induction furnaces from 30 kg to 150 kg in ISO 9001 quality standards.

InCast Precision Casting provides design support to its customers as a product development partner as well as being a supplier company. Our company, which has a monthly casting capacity of 35,000 kg and produces parts from 1 gram to 100 kg, carries out its production in a closed area of ​​2,200 square meter. Steel and stainless steel are used as casting materials. These materials are tested and cast in our metallurgical laboratories equipped with the necessary equipment and equipment in accordance with European and international standards.
Our chemical analysis spectrometer ensures that alloy control is carried out correctly by taking samples from the liquid metal during the casting phase. In addition to this analysis, physical tests, microscopic examinations and dimensional size controls can also be performed. In addition, processes such as mold design, machining, heat treatment and coating can be carried out in-house and by our approved suppliers.
