Product and Mold Design
According to the desired requirements in the technical drawing, mold design is made through CAD software and produced with minimum cost advantage. The aim is to produce molds that will take long-lasting and accurate wax models quickly and reliably.
Wax Model Production
A model is created by injecting molten wax into the mold with our PLC-controlled wax injection presses. All parameters in this process that affect the surface quality of the part are recorded. Parameter changes are monitored and the priority is provided to get the right product every time.
Wax Assembly (Cluster Production)
Wax models are placed on the designed runner by calculating the fluidity of the molten metal. Poka yoke systems are used to minimize errors.
Ceramic Coating
With our robotic coating process, the surroundings of the wax cluster are coated with refractory material in mud baths. Ceramic coated models are kept in laboratory conditions for optimum humidity and temperature stabilization in a climatic environment.
Autoclave (Dewaxing)
With the PLC controlled autoclave where the parameters preventing the ceramic shells from breaking are defined, the outer ceramic shell is obtained by melting the wax. In this way, the inner space where the casting will be made is created.
Casting
Electric induction furnaces are used to melt steel from scrap. Metal casting is made by adding the necessary alloys or additional components required to reach the desired specifications. Chemical analyses are performed with our spectrometer device before and after casting to ensure product quality.
Ceramic Shell Breaking, Cutting and Resetting
The ceramic shells that have completed the cooling process are broken in closed chamber crushers and the parts are separated from the cluster. The runner and excess are separated and sandblasting, surface polishing and deburring are performed to produce a quality product.
Control and Packaging
CMM control, visual or fixture control are performed for the continuity of our 100% shipment success. Products that fully meet customer demands are sent with appropriate packaging.
